SIMO Privacy Policy

The application respects and protects the privacy of all users who use the service. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the application will treat this information with a high level of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the application will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. The application will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you agree to the Application Service Agreement, you will be deemed to have agreed to the full content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Application Service Agreement.

1. Scope of Application

(a) Your personal registration information provided in accordance with the requirements of the application when you registered for this application account.

(b) Information automatically received and recorded by the application on your browser and computer when you use the web services provided by the application, or when you access the web pages of the application platform, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of visit, information on hardware and software features, and web page records you demand.

You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

(a) keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by this application platform;

(b) information and data you publish in the application, including but not limited to activities participated, transaction information and evaluation details;

(c) measures that have been taken against you in violation of the law or in violation of application rules and the application.

2. Information Use

(a) The application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to or with any unrelated third party unless with your prior permission, or if the third party and the application (including affiliates of the application) are providing you with services, independently or together; and after the service is over, it will be barred from accessing all information, including that which it was previously able to access.

If any user of the application platform engages in the above activities, the application has the right to terminate the service agreement with the user immediately upon discovery.

(f) other disclosures this application deems suitable in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and materials related to you and collected by the application will be stored on the server of the application and/or its affiliates. Such information and materials may be sent outside the country or region where you are present or where the application collects the information and materials, and may be accessed, stored and displayed outside the country or region.

(a) In the event that you do not refuse to accept cookies, the application will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the application platform services or features that rely on cookies. The application uses cookies to provide you with more considered personalized services, including promotions.

(a) The application account also has security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information properly. The application will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered by means of security measures such as user password encryption. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

(b) When using the application web service for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact details or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparties. If you find that your personal information is compromised, especially if the application username and password is leaked, please contact the application customer service immediately so that the application can act appropriately.

Timezone (SIMO (Solis/Skyroam) provide service all over the world, we need your timezone information to make sure the Plan details are shown correctly)

Device language (we need to know the language of your device to automatically change SIMO’s (Solis/Skyroam) language preference)

We need to have access to internet to provide internet service.

We need to access your GPS location to provide better service. We will ask for this permission when you launch SIMO (Solis/Skyroam) for the first time. If you disable this permission, we can still provide service with our best efforts.

We need to have access to your general location to identify your nearest base station. SIMO (Solis/Skyroam) provide internet service using base station.

We need this permission to disable your physical SIM’s internet connection and enable SIMO’s (Solis/Skyroam) esim internet connection.

android.permission.ACCESSWIFISTATE

We need to know if you are connected to wifi. If you are connected, we will not use SIMO’s (Solis/Skyroam) data.

We need access to your general network state to decide the way starting SIMO (Solis/Skyroam).

When you send feedback email to SIMO (Solis/Skyroam), SIMO (Solis/Skyroam) will lead you to the mail app. We need this permission to start mail app. We only use this permission when you manually trigger this action.

We use this permission to update SIMO (Solis/Skyroam). We only use this permission when you manually trigger this action.

We use this permission to read files in /data directory. SIMO (Solis/Skyroam) store some infomation in this system folder.

We use this permission to write SIMO’s (Solis/Skyroam) log files on the phone’s external storage.
